The Dumbbell Thruster is a fundamental 200+ FCS movement that perfectly simulates the kinetic chain required for takedown defense and inside-clinch striking.
Standar Pelaksanaan:
- Setup: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Rack the dumbbells on your shoulders with elbows slightly elevated.
- The Descent: Maintain a neutral spine and braced core. Descend into a front squat until your thighs are parallel to the floor (or lower).
- The Drive: Explosively drive through your heels. As your hips and knees fully extend, use that upward momentum to aggressively press the dumbbells overhead.
- The Catch: As you lower the dumbbells back to your shoulders, fluidly absorb the weight by descending immediately into the next squat.
