Who We’re Looking For

200+ FCS is a combat fitness brand that combines an online AI Vision training platform with real in-person classes. Our curriculum and safety standards are built on documented NASM (sports nutrition) and AFAA (group combat fitness) frameworks — you’d be joining a system, not figuring everything out from scratch.

We’re now building our founding coach team. Whether you’re an experienced combat fitness coach in Malaysia or a rising fighter looking for a platform to grow on — if you have real skills and you’re willing to teach, we want to talk.

Do I need a certification to apply?

No. A genuine fight or coaching background is enough to start the conversation. NASM / AFAA / ACE certifications and CPR & First Aid are bonus points — and if you want to get certified later, our development pathway supports that.

Can I coach part-time while keeping my current job?

Yes. The per-class revenue-share mode is built exactly for this: you pick your slots, teach, and get paid per session. No minimum-hours lock-in.

Where will I actually teach?

Classes run in Tebong and Tampin. If you’re based in Batang Melaka, Gemencheh, Machap Baru, Selandar or Machap, both venues are within a short drive.

What does “co-create” mean in practice?

You help build the 200+ movement library, the AI Vision form-correction rules and the curriculum itself. Your specialty gets documented into the platform — so your expertise keeps working for students even when you’re not in the hall.
