Gooart Space (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates an online platform offering functional combat fitness training services (200+ FCS), class bookings, digital membership, and personalized merchandise. What Personal Data We Collect

• Booking Information: Your name, email address, and class booking records when you reserve a training session through our booking system.
• Health & Training Data: Training logs, exercise performance results, hydration and nutrition records that you choose to track after opening a member account. This is treated as sensitive personal data — see “Health & Training Data” below.
• Google Sign-In Data: If you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address and basic profile information to match your existing account. We never receive your Google password.
• Transaction Information: Details of products you purchase, order status, and payment-related information.
• Payment Information: Payment details necessary to complete your transactions, such as credit or debit card numbers (processed securely through our payment partners).
• Communication Data: Information you provide when contacting customer support or responding to surveys.
• Technical Information: Your IP address, browser type, device information, and other analytics data are automatically collected to enhance site security and performance.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Process and fulfill orders placed on our website.
• Provide your class bookings and your personal training dashboard.

Health & Training Data

If you open a member account, we store your personal training profile — including workout logs, strength & conditioning records, hydration and nutrition entries. Under the PDPA, this is sensitive personal data. We collect it only with your explicit consent (given when you activate your account), use it solely to provide your personal training dashboard, and never use it for advertising or share it with third parties. Your training data is visible only to you when logged in.

AI Vision — On-Device Camera Processing

Our AI Vision feature analyzes your exercise form using your device camera. All processing happens locally in your browser, on your device. No video or camera footage is ever uploaded, transmitted, or stored on our servers. For member accounts, only the resulting performance metrics (such as pace and repetition counts) are saved to your training profile — never images or video.

How We Protect Your Information

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system or network can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, such as remembering your preferences, analyzing website usage, and delivering personalized content.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. However, some parts of the site may not function properly without cookies.

Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

• Payment processors: Stripe. Your card or banking credentials are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
