1. Made-to-Order Policy
Many of our products are custom-made or printed on demand. Because of this:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preferences.
- Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the defect or incorrect item
- A description of the issue
We will review your request and offer the following options, depending on the situation:
- Resend a replacement item at no extra cost
- Issue a full or partial refund
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Discounted or clearance items
- Items returned without contacting our support team first
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the refund procedure first, then place a new order separately.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
In other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
