A static balance and stability exercise aimed at improving proprioception and ankle joint integrity.

Execution Standards:

  1. Setup: Stand tall with feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. The Lift: Lift one foot off the floor, hovering it near the standing leg without touching it.
  3. Stabilize: Keep your standing knee slightly soft (not locked) and your hips level.
  4. Focus: Fix your gaze on a single point in front of you to maintain balance.
